Eyewitness NewsMILLBURN, New Jersey (WABC) -- Officers in Millburn, New Jersey located a black bear in a tree. Residents reported the bear walking around the area of Windermere Terrace, early Monday morning.
When police arrived, they found the animal hanging out in a tree.
Millburn police and Animal Control tranquilized and removed the bear.The black bear was estimated to be less than a year old and weighed approximately 100 pounds.
