Eyewitness NewsNEWARK -- Police are investigating a crash on Routes 1 and 9 in Newark that claimed the life of a 20-year-old woman early Friday. Authorities say it appears Jaynna Colon of Lyndhurst was driving the wrong way on the Wilson Street ramp entering the highway when her vehicle struck a tractor-trailer head on.
Authorities say a 21-year-old female passenger in her car and the truck driver are in stable condition.
