Fair Lawn police say the vehicle was in neutral with no keys inside when it rolled from a parking space outside a pharmacy Monday.

Witnesses said the van almost hit another car driving through the lot. Hecht says the woman driving the passing car honked before getting out and looking into the van to find no one was driving.

Police say the mother, 35-year-old Natalie Akselrod, came out of the pharmacy and found her babies with police.

Akselrod was charged with child endangerment.
